Who loves the sun is one the of three gorgeous villas which sit on a complete private agricultural valley. Together with villas “Sun Valley” and “Sunset mountain”, they share a total of 119.000.m2. They can be sold separately, or together as one big estate.
The location couldn’t be better, oriented south-west, and close to the picturesque village of Sant Agustin. The whole estate has an agricultural certification, and a big part of the natural stone terraces have been planted with emblematic Olive trees.

Constructed with vast stone walls, symbolic to the typical Ibizan finca, yet with architectural grandeur. This amazing villa was designed keeping the islands essence in mind, while wanting to create impressive spaces and using only the best materials. You can really sense the quality in the details, from natural hardwooden floors and doors, to the marble bathtubs and counter tops. Only the best was used in the development of this project. The whole house has minimal frame vitrocsa windows.
We create structural beauty by innovating
The whole villa has air-conditioning and floor heating, separated in each room. The thickly constructed walls and gorgeous hardwood floors help retain either the heat in the winter, and the freshness in the summer months. Making this property completely sustainable.

We teamed up with the best architects and designers on the island, and together we envisioned this dazzling estate. The location was our first inspiration, wanting to combine the natural setting with exclusive design, and all the modern commodities. This villa is really one of a kind.
Location
The village of San Agustín is only a couple of minutes walking and is probably one of the most charming towns on the island, with a couple of iconic and traditional restaurants, as well as a small convenience shop and a little church.. From here, Ibiza town is a 20 minute car ride away, and the closest port is only 5 minutes from the property. On this side of the island, we rejoice with the most stunning and magical sunsets, all year round.
The spaces
The villa enjoys a total of 8 suites, distributed between the main house and an annex. The master suite has its own fireplace and bathroom ensuite.
The main house has a large living and dining room, with a large rustic fireplace and a lavish sky-light. The beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen has natural stone floors and hard wooden cabinets.
The whole house is surrounded by terraces, and lavish gardens. There is a nice pool area as well.
